Don't Try To Be Perfect --- Just Be Your Best Self!

I hope that everyone is having a wonderful April so far and enjoying every healthy step you are taking along the way to being the best "you" ever. 

Think of every day as a wonderful new beginning.  If you're working on eating healthy and have a few days where you are off track, don't throw in the towel and give up because you think you've "blown it."  Write off those days to vacation, celebrations or just being "off" and get right back on track.  Life is going to be filled with less than perfect days but if you consider those days as a temporary abberation and continue heading in the right direction, you won't be defeated.  The same philosophy goes for exercise. 

Perfection isn't all that it's cracked up to be.  Don't worry about a few less than perfect days.  You have the power within yourself to create your best self.
