Destination Wellness - A Journey To Your Best Self

An ancient Chinese proverb explains that "a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step."

Your team of professionals at Central Florida Wellness & Injury Centers wants every one of the steps you take on your journey to lifelong wellness to be a healthy and pain-free one.  And even though we would all like our bodies to be in mint condition with absolutely no effort on our parts, we know realistically that all worthwhile achievements do take work --- just like the journey of a thousand miles does. 

The good news is that taking small steps and making small improvements in your life is relatively painless.  Some examples of small steps that will give you “big benefits” are:
 

• Regular chiropractic adjustments – even when you don’t feel like you need them.  Spinal nerve interference is painless in the early stages.  Think about it, you may not feel a cavity forming in your mouth, but you get regular dental check-ups anyway.  Don’t wait for pain to get adjusted.  You’ll feel much better that way.

• Strength Training:  Build healthy muscles and reduce fat by strength training.  You don’t have to spend hours at the gym either.  Just two 20-minute sessions at SuperSlow Zone every week will put you on the right track.  (insert website url)

• Eat to live .... don’t live to eat.  Your body will thank you for it. 
Going from “out of shape” to “being in great shape” won’t happen overnight.  Take small steps and before long, you will be well on your way to feeling your very best.
