February is a time for reminding ourselves about all those we love! Valentine's Day is not only for those with sweethearts. It's the time to be grateful for EVERYONE who has brought love into our lives. Traditionally that's done with gifts of chocolate and flowers. This year, why not add yourself to the list and "love yourself" by continuing to take good care of your health.
When you take good care of ;yourself, you are giving the best gift of all to your family --- YOU! And in the process, you are teaching them to live a healthy life as well.
I hope your New Year's resolutions got ou off to a wonderful start in the "healthy YOU" process. By taking small steps on a daily basis, like choosing the healthier alternatives in food, keeping your body moving and focusing on good habits ... you just might be surprised at the positive results you will see before long.
